Owner-operated remodeling for Round Top homes
A small, bilingual crew that builds it right, keeps the job site clean, and walks the finished work with you.
Built on doing the job the right way
Round Top Construction is run by Samuel Lazcano, who works out of Ellinger and takes on remodeling, exterior, and handyman projects across Fayette County and beyond.
Samuel is on every job. The person who walks your house and writes your estimate is the same person who makes sure the trim is tight, the siding is flashed, and the floor is level. You get a written scope, a clear price, and straight answers in English or Spanish.
The houses around Round Top, Fayetteville, and Carmine have a lot of character: pine floors, plank walls, tall windows, and deep porches. We like working on them, and we like leaving them better than we found them.
